trashout 300x189 Abandoned So Cal foreclosuresThis very disturbing video covers Southern California Inland Empire’s “foreclosure alley”. Homes abandoned with furniture and personal belongings – even huge TV’s and features a team that is sent in to “trash out” all the stuff left behind.

A code enforcement officials sums up the problem in a single sentence – “You know you’re in trouble when the lawns are brown and the pools are green!”

And who would have thought you could make a living spraying the brown lawns of foreclosed homes with green dye to improve the kerb appeal?
